It's always very tempting to think that you could loose weight in a week by taking extreme measures such as: starvation dieting, over-exercising, surgery etc. In fact when you first start out on a genuine weight loss program, you are quite likely to loose weight in a week. This is because you are dramatically changing the kind of food your body is processing and, if also exercising, changing the amount of calories being used up during your day.
