Loosing Weight

One of the very best things you can do for yourself and your family is loosing weight. Loosing weight relieves your body of all the excess stresses and strains of carrying an extra 50-70 pounds of dead weight around all day. You will automatically feel better after loosing weight. One of the recent 'biggest looser' winners made the comment: "I'm living in a different world since I dropped those 50 pounds".

Once you get serious about loosing weight, you will find that you can make your first gains and loose weight in a week. This is mostly due to the effects of diet and exercise which the body is not used to. However after the first week or so, your weight reduction will probably slow to a lower but steady pace. If you continue to loose weight in a week at an extreme level, you should consult your doctor to ensure that your health is not suffering.
